Love the taste, quality, and the nice-looking bottled Culligan water. The driver is friendly, courteous, respectful, and does a really great job with delivery. The customer service staff are also friendly, and always available to answer your questions and resolve any concerns that you might have. I’ve been a loyal customer, for many years now. Thank you Culligan, for delivering the best water on the planet to our home!.

I’ve been a Culligan customer for approximately 3 years now, my initial few months were rough with miscommunication of delivery & water being delivered to the wrong condo. I do have to say, I’m so happy I stayed with Culligan, because once I moved I got a new delivery rep & that’s Josh Verdin. This man is not only smiling every single time I see him, but his professionalism & interpersonal communication skills are beyond excellent!!! Josh has made sure I’m taken care every single month! He’s considerate to my lifestyle working full time & makes everything 100% easy! Josh is the face of Culligan water for me, & because of his hard work, compassion, & great personality I will continue to be a customer. Josh is an absolute asset to San Diego Culligan & he exceeds excellence!

This review is specific to having a Culligan system in our home. 10/10 on the product, and 10/10 on the professionalism, conduct, prompt response of the technicians (installation, service, troubleshooting) and the call center associates. We have been Culligan customers since 2016, and very happy about our water quality and its people.

The product quality is great and deliveries are always on schedule. Customer service is amazing and has helped me get extra water through off schedule deliveries efficiently as well as easily working out any minor issues I've had. All around great company and great team here in San Diego! Editing to add, our delivery driver, Bud, is top notch. He's always here with a smile and a friendly "good morning!" while lugging out 8 bottles for my house. He's also been super accommodating when I've asked to have him deliver to our garage in our back alley instead of the front door. Wonderful service!
